1. What is the processing time for orders?

  • Our processing time for orders typically takes 48 hours (2 business days). During this time, we prepare and package your order with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

    • Express Shipping: Arrives within 2-3 business days.

3. What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected during checkout:

4. What is your return policy?

In the subject line of your email, please use "Missing Package" to help us identify and address the issue promptly. Our customer support team will investigate and assist you in resolving the matter.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer order cancellations. We strive to ship out items in a timely manner, and once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be canceled.
